Role Overview: You will be joining Incedo as an Associate in the Operations department, specifically in the Reconciliations team. Your main responsibility will be reconciling Cash, Trade, and Positions across various asset classes offered by the Bank. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and timely production of recons, responding to data queries, escalating critical issues, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Your active participation in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining data integrity will be essential for the seamless flow of operations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure quality and time-efficient production of recons across all asset classes - Complete all process tasks and respond to data queries - Escalate critical issues to Department Head/Lead for seamless process flow - Provide ideas for process improvement and increase productivity - Contribute to documenting procedures and work instructions - Engage positively with stakeholders and maintain high service levels - Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to SLAs - Own, coordinate, and delegate work as required - Collaborate across functions to identify root cause of breaks and find resolutions Qualifications: - Must have experience in Investment Banking - Knowledge of various market asset classes - Understanding of the end-to-end flow of Reconciliation - Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Additional Company Details: Incedo is a US-based consulting, data science, and technology services firm with a strong focus on digital transformation.
