Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Trivandrum or Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in working with data to deliver business insights and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Use Excel and SQL extensively for data manipulation, querying, and reporting.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

• Apply statistical techniques and analytical reasoning to solve business problems.

• Communicate data insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand and meet data requirements.

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following tools and technologies:

• Excel – Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting

• SQL – Strong skills in writing queries and data manipulation

• Tableau – Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations

• Power BI – Ability to create and manage reports for business intelligence
