Responsibilities Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, Design systems and procedures, Conduct work simplification and measurement studies, Prepare operations and procedures manuals, and Manage and execute testing.
Skills and qualifications
A bachelors degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
Experience in Business Analysis or as a Functional Analyst
Knowledge of ServiceNow applications and features
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
