Associate II, Contract Management

As an Associate, Contract Management II at Factor, you will play a key role in working on engagements for large Global clients, focusing on Financial Regulations, Corporate Restructuring, Commercial or Financial Services Contract Negotiation, and other contract-related work. Responsibilities: - Be part of a team dedicated to delivering services and ensuring compliance with all client commitments - Draft and negotiate various contracts such as content and development contracts, software development contracts, professional and consulting services contracts, staffing contracts, licensing contracts, other IP/IT contracts, and general commercial contracts - Follow delivery processes and commitments diligently - Input and maintain data on our client and client systems, ensuring they are kept up to date - Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and other tools for team use - Work within a team focused on continuously enhancing service to the client and providing added value Qualifications: - Adaptable, authentic, accountable, and values-driven individual - Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified - Legally eligible to work in the country where the role is based - Minimum of 3 years experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, legal services, or as part of an in-house legal team - Excellent attention to detail - Strong English written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Word - Organizational fit for the client culture, demonstrating the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability, and Stewardship - Capable of working with minimal supervision - Experience with a recognized matter management system as part of daily operations Join Factor, a company committed to diversity and inclusivity, with a team of over 300 professionals across Europe and North America.
