Associate, Contract Management I

Role Overview: Factor, a leading player in the ALSP market, is seeking a Contract Management Associate I to join their team in Bangalore. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients by drafting and negotiating various contracts and contributing to the overall contracts management service provided to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Draft and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Contracts - Collaborate closely with clients" in-house legal departments on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters - Manage an active caseload and ensure compliance with all client delivery commitments - Input and maintain data on client systems, develop contract templates, playbooks, and other tools for team use - Contribute to enhancing the service provided to clients and adding value continuously Qualification Required: - Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified - Legally eligible to work in the country where the role is based - Minimum of 1 year of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and regular client-facing experience - Good commercial awareness and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Word - Organizational fit for the Factor culture, embodying the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability, and Stewardship - Client relationship management experience Additional Details: Factor is a pioneer in the Integrated Law market, offering a unique blend of Traditional Law expertise, New Law efficiency, and In-house legal integration to deliver complex legal work at scale.
