Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled HubSpot CRM Specialist to support and optimise our use of HubSpot. This role is crucial to maintaining a clean, organised, and effective CRM that empowers our marketing and sales efforts. *We are open to hiring this role as an offshore/remote employee in India, Pakistan, or the Philippines* What you will be responsible for: Database Management: Maintain and optimise a clean, well-organized HubSpot CRM database De-duplicate, normalise, and enrich contact and company records Implement and follow data hygiene best practices Ensuring all contacts are tagged, enriched & up to date. Segmentation & Structuring: Understand and manage HubSpot properties, classifications, and custom fields Build and maintain segmentation lists to support marketing and sales strategies Assist in organising the CRM for easy access and accurate targeting Automation & Workflows: Build and manage sequences, workflows, and nurture campaigns Ensure automation logic is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals Monitor performance and proactively troubleshoot issues Integrations & Data Sources: Integrate and sync data from external sources and platforms into HubSpot Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Maintain documentation and workflows related to integrations You’ll Thrive If You have: Advanced level systems experience using HubSpot CRM Proven experience in data optimisation Excellent verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills. Results-oriented with a strong focus on process improvement Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
