Associate II - BPM - Reconciliations Analyst APAC Shift

Role Overview: As a Reconciliations Analyst at this company, your role will involve maintaining the integrity of custody and cash position data within internal systems by performing daily reconciliation processes. This includes reconciling, investigating, and resolving all breaks within specified SLAs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for allocated portfolios, proactively investigating and addressing queries from internal stakeholders, clients, counterparties, custodians, and administrators - Conducting custody transaction and position reconciliation against internal records, taking ownership of daily cash and stock breaks, investigating differences, and ensuring timely resolution with processing teams and custodians/administrators - Performing OTC bilateral collateral and position reconciliation, reconciling fixed deposit positions between internal and counterparty records, and monitoring breaks resolution promptly - Validating and updating internal records with relevant transactions, prioritizing and managing workload according to risk or deadlines, providing specialist product knowledge, and contributing to department and company initiatives Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in reconciliations or investment accounting - Strong investigation skills and familiarity with equities, fixed income, and derivative products - Proficiency in basic software including MS Excel - Understanding of operational risks and control frameworks - Prior experience with Aladdin and Tri-Optima is advantageous Company Details (if applicable): UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
