You will be joining our team as an Associate in the Operations - Fixed Income Trade Support Group, dedicated to providing support to the Fixed Income Derivatives Business Units, including OTC derivatives Futures, Swaps trading & sales desk. In the Operations division, we collaborate with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, implement effective controls, and build client relationships. This Associate level position within Product Support & Services is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post-execution processes. Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of systems, markets, and instruments influencing the team. Identify risks in day-to-day processes to highlight key issues and contribute to process enhancements. Perform reconciliation of Trader's Risk products and positions to Firm books and records, investigate and resolve breaks. Carry out trade compression activities for capital optimization and execute industry compression such as LCH, Trioptima, CME, coupon blends, internal transfers, etc. Investigate and resolve realized cash flow breaks, perform trade allocation, rate reset & rate fixing activities, rate notices, trade amendments. You are expected to establish clear goals and priorities, address non-standard issues within your area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the business area supported, client requirements, and ensure control is maintained to comply with client requests. Possess over 5+ years of experience in financial services, with operations experience and a good understanding of OTC derivative, Fixed Income Derivative products like CDS, Interest Rate Swaps, FX. At least 2 years" relevant experience is generally expected to possess the skills required for this role. Position Purpose The process requires comparison of exposures with the value of the assets pledged, in accordance with the parameters specified in the legal agreement.
