As an Associate in Human Resources, your role will involve supporting various HR functions within the organization, collaborating with HR professionals, employees, and management to ensure smooth HR recruitment processes. Your contribution will be crucial in facilitating a pipeline of highly-qualified candidates for future needs, sourcing potential candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals, reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on candidate feedback, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
