NOTE: THIS POSITION IS OFF ROLL UNDER LEAD HR PAYROLL.

Job Title : Associate HR (Off role)

Qualification: MSW / MBA (Full Time)

Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Gender : Male

Working Day: Monday to Friday

Salary: Rs.25000 to Rs.30000 (Net Pay) + EPF + Medical + Canteen + Transport

JOB Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and documentation (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding kits, ID card issuance, and attendance setup.
  • Support payroll input by maintaining attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Assist in statutory compliance processes (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and housekeeping coordination.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications, circulars, and announcements.
  • Maintain MIS reports related to HR operations.

Transport Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage transport routes for staff and shift workers.
  • Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle availability and driver scheduling.
  • Monitor vehicle tracking, maintenance, and fuel usage records.
  • Ensure transport operations adhere to safety standards and statutory norms.
  • Handle employee transport complaints, delays, or emergencies.
  • Maintain documentation of vendor contracts, insurance, and permits.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly transport utilization and cost reports.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of HR operational processes
  • Experience in shift-based employee transport management
  • Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and vendor coordination
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Administration

  • Collect and maintain employee documentation: signed offers, KYC, NDAs, and employment agreements.
  • Coordinate provisioning of employee assets: ID cards, transport, food services, workstations, systems, and onboarding kits.
  • Draft and periodically revise HR policies to reflect organizational changes and industry benchmarks.

Learning & Development

  • Conduct engaging induction programs and site familiarization visits for new hires.
  • Maintain and analyze the skills matrix for capability building.
  • Identify training gaps and coordinate programs with internal/external trainers.
  • Support engineering-focused development initiatives and annual L&D calendars.

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve employee grievances promptly; organize employee engagement activities such as sports and wellness events.
  • Manage communications with internal teams, leadership, and clients.
  • Educate staff on ESIC, insurance, and other statutory benefits.
  • Enforce workplace safety standards and assist with audits and compliance.
