We at Khatabook, have a vision to empower MSMEs and help them increase their incomes. We have built a product that brings efficiency in MSME operations by providing them easy to use tools to manage their receivables, inventory and billing which creates transparency in their cash flow. Within the Khatabook platform, we have also enabled the facility to take loans for their short term working capital needs for select Khatabook users that are displaying good credit behavior. Our app has been downloaded over 100 Million times with a monthly active user base of 8 Million+ which are adding 220 Million+ transactions with a transaction value of $18 Billion.

Your role:

We, at Khatabook, are looking for an Associate – Growth Marketing to help design, execute, and scale user communication campaigns that directly impact business growth. As part of the Growth team, you’ll be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns across WhatsApp, Push, SMS, and In-app channels.

From uploading templates and creating user segments to analyzing campaign performance, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of marketing execution. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone at the start of their career who’s excited to learn fast, take ownership, and contribute to high-impact growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with performance marketers, product managers, designers, and analysts to craft user journeys that reach millions of MSMEs across India.
What would you do at Khatabook?

• Set up and execute marketing campaigns using CleverTap and other marketing tools

• Upload WhatsApp templates to Meta and coordinate for approvals

• Monitor campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and generate monthly reports

• Coordinate with product, creative, content and analytics teams to align on messaging and improve campaign performance

• Support in planning, scheduling, and budgeting of campaigns across different customer segments

• Maintain clean documentation of templates, journeys, and campaign experiments

• Continuously test, optimize, and iterate on campaigns to improve results

What are we looking for?

• Someone with a strong interest in growth marketing, user engagement, or performance campaigns

• Analytical mindset with ability to draw insights from campaign data

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets

• Basic understanding of tools like CleverTap and Meta for Business

• Eagerness to learn fast, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
