Associate Group UX Architect

Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the design and functionality of products. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to iterate on designs. Mentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
