Job Description

As a CSO Assignment Administrator at Grant Thornton INDUS, your role will involve daily management and delivery of Account Administration services for an assigned portfolio of accounts and engagements. You will collaborate with internal account team stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and expedited resolutions to complex situations. Your responsibilities will include: - Engagement Planning & Set-up: - Accepting clients/engagements - Setting up internal engagement management tools - Engagement Management: - Collecting and tracking client documents - Assisting in engagement close out activities - Billing and Financial Management: - Preparing invoices for engagements - Resolving billing issues and discrepancies You will work closely with various internal teams, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to continuous improvement programs. Additionally, you may provide analysis and recommendations on service targets based on performance, ensuring service targets are met and reporting any gaps proactively. In conjunction with client engagement teams and core finance functions, you will: - Serve as the main point of contact for financial operations processes - Guide engagement teams through financial management tasks - Participate in process improvement initiatives and new business processes - Monitor and meet performance targets for services - Ensure overall customer experience related to services - Manage or escalate issues as required Your skills should include: - Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions - Strong problem-solving skills - Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Detail orientation and deadline-focused approach - Team-oriented with a strong work ethic - Focus on client service and responsiveness - Excellent communication skills - Adherence to confidentiality policies - Analytical mindset and ability to align operations with business goals Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience - Experience in finance or operations function preferred - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Productivity Applications - PowerBi experience highly desirable At Grant Thornton INDUS, we are a shared services center supporting Grant Thornton LLP operations.
