What's in it for you?
Productivity lead is responsible for driving the Productivity agenda all across RSA Plant. Collaboration between all the related stake holders at Plants, Regions, OE & RE teams, Finance. Support to execute the projects, coordinate for ideation workshops, building trained resources etc. Commissioning Support will be responsible for supporting new plants commissioning at site to ensure smooth startup.

Making an impact. What will you do?
In this role, you will be working as Productivity Lead responsible for driving the Productivity agenda all across RSA Plant
Also, you will be responsible for collaboration between all the related stake holders at Plants, Regions, OE & RE teams, Finance
You will support to execute the projects, coordinate for ideation workshops, building trained resources etc
Also, you will be responsible for supporting new plants commissioning at site to ensure smooth startup
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You are a graduate engineer in any engineering branch, preferably Chemical, Mechanical
You have project management expertise
You have knowledge of LSS, Six Sigma Training
