Associate General Manager Presales

As an experienced and strategic-minded Associate General Manager - Presales, you will be joining the Integrated GTM team supporting Digital Business Services (DBS) and Engineering Services (ERS) in Noida / Pan India. Your role will involve driving strategic deals, collaborating with practice leaders and technical subject matter experts, and developing compelling pitches for new offerings and solutions across a variety of digital technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic support in presales activities by crafting solution frameworks, defining value propositions, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. - Lead strategic initiatives in cloud modernization, SRE, Digital Engineering, DevOps, and Agile practices for DBS and ERS. - Collaborate with practice leaders and technical SMEs to identify gaps in offerings and develop GTM pitches for innovative solutions. - Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs for aligning offerings with market demands. - Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to drive alignment and successful execution of GTM strategies. - Act as a key liaison between the GTM team and practice units to ensure clear communication, alignment, and execution of strategic goals. - Define and track key performance indicators for strategic initiatives to ensure objectives are met and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in presales, strategy, or GTM roles with a focus on various digital technologies and services. - In-depth understanding of the IT services landscape, particularly within Digital Business Services and Engineering Services. - Demonstrated leadership skills in leading strategic initiatives, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving results in a matrixed organization. - Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying trends and opportunities within the IT services industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL, PMP).,
