Associate - GDS Compliance - Risk Management

As an Associate in the GDS ECRM (Ethics, Compliance and Risk Management) Function at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams across countries to support compliance matters related to EY Policy. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in implementing and monitoring compliance activities, reviewing compliance and risk management reports, maintaining a repository of compliance documents, and developing checklists for report releases. Additionally, you will be required to respond to compliance-related queries promptly and professionally, support awareness-related activities, and collaborate with various departments to ensure effective compliance implementation. To succeed in this role, you must possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing regulatory requirements, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Law, 2-3 years of experience in Operations Functions, working knowledge of excel and reporting, exposure to Auditing/related fields, and an understanding of compliance needs are also essential qualifications for this role. Ideally, you will also have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI to automate report releases, and improve efficiency.
