Position Overview:

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to maintain smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per security protocols.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.
  • Provide basic administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Experience:

    2-7 years in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
