Role Description

What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner, advising on product, user experience, and growth
• Help define Phase 2 features (AI feedback, habit tracking, smarter plans)
• Brainstorm, challenge ideas, and help shape the long-term vision

Day-to-day execution (Initial phase):

• Assign personalised meal plans based on user goals and profiles
• Review daily meal and workout uploads and rate them (weekdays)
• Provide weekly feedback on progress, habits, and improvements
• Create and refine recipes and meal ideas suited to South Asian lifestyles
• Contribute ideas to social media and content, building trust and credibility

• Strong foundation in nutrition, diet planning, and fitness (formal or applied)
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable operating in a zero-to-one start-up environment
• Able to balance hands-on execution with big-picture thinking
• Clear communicator who enjoys collaboration and ownership
• Passionate about health, prevention, and long-term impact

Education (flexible):

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Exercise Science, or a related field preferred, not mandatory.

Advanced certifications or real-world experience are a strong plus, not a requirement.
