Associate - Food & Beverage

You will be joining our Dubai based client, Hafla, as an Associate - Food & Beverage. Your role within the F&B team will involve supporting the category manager in handling F&B inquiries for events. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with catering suppliers, maintaining a database of caterers, assisting planners in selecting suitable caterers, managing dietary restrictions, and tracking quotations and confirmations in CRM. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with catering suppliers to gather menus, pricing, and availability. - Maintain a database of caterers segmented by cuisine, scale, and specialties. - Assist planners by suggesting suitable caterers as per client requirements. - Ensure dietary restrictions and special menu requests are managed correctly. - Track quotations, negotiations, and confirmations in CRM. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (14 years of experience). - Knowledge of F&B, catering operations, or hospitality industry preferred. - Strong attention to detail and communication skills. - Fluent in English & Hindi; additional languages a plus. - Proficient in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets.,
