Associate Equity Exotics Trading Assistant

The Senior Associate- Equity Exotic Trading position requires 2 to 6 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services focusing on Equity Exotics. The ideal candidate will be an Engineer from a Tier 1 institute with an MBA (preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of Economics, Econometrics, and Finance is essential. Proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint is required, along with advanced knowledge of VBA and programming in C++. Coursework in Statistics would be considered a plus. Key responsibilities for this role include Trade Support/Capture, handling Expiries/Determinations/Fixings, managing Secondary Market/Indications, Inventory Management/Treasury Unwinds, and monitoring upcoming autocall/barrier events. The candidate will be responsible for tracking daily price movements in the books compared to the market and analyzing the correlation. Additionally, they will analyze hit-ratios for all Structured Derivatives books, perform Daily PnL Attribution, and send periodic pricing runs in collaboration with trading and FE desk. Generating internal marketing presentations for products and monitoring Index changes are also part of the responsibilities.
