Specific:Select specific CAGs/schematics for fabrication by referring to the baseline and lay the same on the form boardHands on experience in wiring harness fabrication with knowledge in various cable finishing tools and techniques such as crimp, solder, splicing, potting, sleeving, printing, Connectorization etc. Knowledge of wire harness components and manufacturing process used in the cable industry is a must.Knowledge on Wire Harness In process Inspection stages.Inspect and confirm that right material are received in the kits, as per the stated BOM and revision.Fabricate and self-inspect the products as per Built to Print (BTP) assembly data, using the right tools, specifications and processComplete the IQMS production transactions in real time as per the job route plans Maintain digital evidence of the products specific to the each step of operations (video / pictures)Maintain tools, equipment and measuring instruments in order, ensure usability and calibration expirationIdentify, segregate and report non-conformances / discrepancies on parts and products during verification of kits, fabrication and testingActively participate in functional and cross functional discussions related to product and process non conformancesIdentify, plan and implement process improvements (Kaizen)Refer and adhere to the safety requirements specific to operations and ensure zero FOD.Elimination of all waste in production Accountable for Failure to meet EHS requirement, report incidents, follow defined process, meet set objective and targets.Key Performance MeasuresAchieving 100% first time quality and 100% on time (Zero Defect and Zero slippage)100% compliance to documentation requirements100% compliance to the safety and FOD requirementsNumber of kaizens and participationTime taken for process steps in manufacture Additional Information Minimum Educational qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Work experience: 1- 4 years of experience in wire harness manufacturing industry. Must be proficient in wire harness manufacturing processes. Any other specific requirement: IPC-WHMA-620, IPC J STD 001 Certification will be added advantage. Experience in Aircraft Looms and RF cables will be a plus.Must have worked in an ISO 9001-2008 QMS environment & experience with AS9100 will be a huge plus.Mechanical CAD design experience will be added advantage.
