Your role as a Lead Engineer will involve managing or performing work across multiple areas of the bank's IT platform and infrastructure, including analysis, development, and administration. You will be responsible for developing engineering solutions, building reliability and resiliency into solutions, and ensuring maintainability and reusability of engineering solutions. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers is essential to deliver seamless responsive interfaces. To excel in this role, you must have at least 4 years of overall experience with hands-on coding in Java and frontend development, proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, node.js, and React.js, and a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, knowledge of REST-based architecture, and familiarity with cloud platforms are desirable skills that will help you succeed.
