Job Description

The role of the LCCI Editor is to collaborate with brands, agencies, and internal partners to ensure quality, speed, value, and compliance throughout the Customer Information Materials Lifecycle. As an LCCI Editor, your primary focus will be on creatively solving problems to support the achievement of brand goals, always striving to enhance processes effectively. You will act as an advocate for the unique character of each brand, ensuring accuracy and compliance of tactics before market entry. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding Lilly's processes, brand strategies, tactics, and available resources - Familiarizing yourself with Lilly's culture, organizational structure, and external agency processes - Acquiring knowledge of Lilly's products, associated brand strategies, and disease states - Recognizing different tactic types and their specific requirements - Demonstrating proficiency in systems, software, and tools - Possessing a working knowledge of Medical, Legal, and Regulatory aspects pertaining to each brand/indication - Having expertise in grammar, composition, and scientific terminology - Understanding and applying Lilly's Quality processes effectively in your role - Ensuring quality, speed, value, and compliance at every stage of the Customer Information Materials Lifecycle - Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement - Sharing experiences and best practices with Marketing Operations colleagues - Advocating for each brand's unique identity and ensuring the quality and readiness of tactics for approval processes - Reviewing materials for accuracy and compliance before submitting for review - Ensuring proper implementation of changes, decision rights, and comments in all materials - Comparing old and new versions to validate updates and corrections - Reviewing and approving production proofs from external vendors against approved content To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience as a copyeditor, copywriter, or proofreader - Demonstrated accountability and trustworthiness - Proven ability to learn quickly and be proactive - Ability to remain stress tolerant in various work conditions - Strong attention to detail - Effective oral and written communication skills - Collaborative and influential team player - Analytical, judgmental, and decision-making skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Experience in marketing operations, scientific, medical, or pharmaceutical fields The ideal candidate for this position would hold a Master's degree in Pharma/Biotechnology/Life Science Domain.,
