Associate Director/Manager HR

As an HR professional at the University of Aberdeen's Mumbai campus, your role is crucial in supporting the Human Resources function to build a world-class academic and administrative workforce. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the university's mission and international standards. - Handling all HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance. - Contributing to building and nurturing a strong organizational culture reflecting the university's values and global outlook. - Partnering with academic and administrative leaders for workforce planning and talent development. - Driving international recruitment strategies to attract top-tier faculty and staff globally. - Ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, university policies, and accreditation requirements. - Supporting the development of HR systems, policies, and procedures. - Managing employee relations to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. - Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the campus. - Providing strategic HR insights to senior leadership and contributing to decision-making. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - A Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of progressive HR experience in premier higher education institutions.
