Associate Director Transactions & Processing

As a part of Trimont, you will be part of a global commercial real estate loan services provider that empowers its team members with knowledge, advanced technology, and a values-driven culture. You will work with a diverse team of 1100+ extraordinary professionals serving a global client base from various offices worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively ensure process is audit ready. - Maintain procedure manuals, provide trainings, and on-the-job support to junior team members. - Perform Quality reviews, provide timely feedback, and conduct meetings to improve process quality. - Identify and execute transformation/automation projects to enhance business efficiency. - Collaborate with Line of Business Partners for day-to-day operations and to achieve process SLAs. - Proactively identify risks and implement appropriate control measures. - Execute controls, checks, reconciliation, and report outcomes to management daily. - Independently manage customer complaints, respond timely to queries, and provide long-term solutions. - Participate in application testing as required. - Collaborate with peers, colleagues, stakeholders, and managers to achieve business goals. - Manage the process in the absence of FLM. **Required Qualifications:** - Ability to identify and manage risk effectively. - Hands-on experience in advanced Excel, preferably VBA coding. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting. - Organizational and administrative skills reflecting attention to detail and ability to prioritize amidst competing demands. - Strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage sensitive information while upholding privacy. - Efficiently handle workload and special projects. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
