Associate Director - Technical Accounting

You will be joining Uniqus Consultech as an Associate Director in the Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC) practice. Uniqus is a global tech-enabled consulting company specializing in Accounting & Reporting, ESG, and Tech Consulting. The company has a global team of over 400 professionals and serves more than 200 clients across various sectors. As part of the ARC team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality accounting advisory services to clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development. - Manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients. - Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues and conduct research on accounting topics. - Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards. - Review and analyze client financial information and provide recommendations for improvement. - Supervise and mentor team members. - Stay up to date on developments in accounting standards and regulations. - Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines. - Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations. **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified CA with experience in technical accounting/financial reporting. - 5-9 years of relevant experience. - Strong domain knowledge. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure, stringent deadlines, and tough client conditions. - Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, work ethic, and lead by example.,
