Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at Acuity Knowledge Partners, you will play a crucial role in connecting business stakeholders, enterprise applications, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with the target operating model, digital strategy, and architectural roadmap. Your responsibilities will include designing and documenting end-to-end solution architectures, defining integration patterns, establishing technology governance and standards, contributing to the target operating model, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into solution blueprints. Key Responsibilities: - Define and maintain the enterprise solution architecture blueprint across finance, HR, CRM, analytics, and infrastructure domains. - Ensure architectural consistency, integration integrity, and alignment to enterprise standards across applications and platforms. - Design and document end-to-end solution architectures covering data flows, application components, integrations, security, and scalability. - Define integration patterns between cloud and on-prem systems using middleware, APIs, and data pipelines. - Ensure seamless data exchange between core enterprise systems. - Establish and enforce architectural principles, design patterns, and technology guardrails. - Contribute to the Target Operating Model (TOM) for enterprise technology. - Work closely with business domain leads and IT delivery teams to translate requirements into solution blueprints. - Act as a trusted advisor to functional heads and the CIO on solution design options, risks, and trade-offs. - Partner with global technology vendors to influence roadmap alignment and support escalations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. - 15-20 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a solution or enterprise architect capacity. - Certifications preferred: Oracle Cloud Architect, Salesforce Certified Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), TOGAF or ArchiMate certification.
