Job Description

As a Business Process Transformation Practitioner at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work with exceptional people, cutting-edge technology, and leading companies across various industries to solve clients" toughest challenges. You will be a part of the Operations & Process Transformation practice within the Supply Chain and Operations function of the Strategy & Consulting business unit. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage business transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand priorities, shape the transformation roadmap, and drive the Innovation agenda. - Design and deliver transformation roadmaps and business cases that align with client goals. - Deploy Accenture's standard methods, tools, and assets to drive standardization during implementation. - Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, drive business process improvements, and achieve cost savings. - Implement GenAI, AI, analytics, and automation solutions to drive innovation in client processes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives. - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key milestones. - Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate project status, challenges, and successes. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business schools. - Minimum of 15 years of experience in management consulting or similar roles focusing on business transformation. - Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects, preferably in a consulting environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. - Experience in enabling GenAI, AI, and RPA technologies in client processes is highly preferred. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. - Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), or related disciplines is desirable. - Industry experience in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, or Retail core processes. - Knowledge of digital transformation, process improvement, and change management best practices.,
