Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven product leader to join us as an Associate Director - Product . In this role, you ll be responsible for identifying high-impact problems, defining innovative product solutions, and driving execution to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Job Location- Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key initiatives
Identify the right problems to solve through deep user understanding and data analysis
Develop innovative, insight-led product solutions with measurable impact
Leverage strong SQL skills to extract insights, evaluate performance, and support data-informed decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams
Prioritize features based on business impact, effort, and user value
Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a strong product culture

Qualifications & skills required

7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C or consumer-facing products.
Proven track record of launching and scaling impactful products.
Strong SQL proficiency - able to independently query data and derive insights.
Deep problem-solving mindset - ability to identify the right problems and define structured solutions.
Demonstrated experience in leveraging data to drive innovation and product decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in gaming or entertainment platforms is a strong plus
