Associate Director - Product Management

Role Overview: As an Associate Director of Product Management at our company, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap and execution of the Automation Essentials business unit. This role involves leading product strategy, team development, and cross-functional execution to ensure our robotics and AI-driven software products deliver measurable impact and set the benchmark for performance and scalability. You will work closely with customers, engineering, sales, and partners to achieve success. Key Responsibilities: - Own Product Strategy & Execution: Define and lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for robotics and AI-driven software products. - Algorithmic Thinking & Technical Depth: Partner with engineering on algorithms for competitive advantage. - Build for Scale: Take product lines from zero to one and scale them efficiently. - Customer-Centric Execution: Ensure product capabilities drive measurable value and satisfaction for global customers. - Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of global competition in robotics and fulfillment tech. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various teams for end-to-end product success. - Operate in Ambiguity: Bring structure to fast-moving business contexts. - Mentor & Scale the Product Team: Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers and analysts. Qualification Required: - 10-16 years of product management experience in technical product environments. - Proven experience in algorithm-heavy product development and scaling B2B enterprise products. - Strong background in robotics, automation, supply chain tech, or platform software. - Demonstrated success in zero-to-one and scale stages of product growth. - Deep understanding of customer success metrics and ability to deliver against KPIs. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong sense of ownership and ability to work hands-on. - Comfortable operating from Gurgaon in an on-site role.
