As the Head of UI/UX at Anchanto, your role involves leading the design vision and strategy to ensure world-class user experiences for the B2B SaaS logistics solutions. Your responsibilities include defining the UX vision, simplifying complex problems into intuitive design solutions, advocating for user-centered design, driving innovation, and measuring the impact of design on efficiency and satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and implement the UX vision aligned with business goals and product roadmaps. - Simplify supply chain challenges into intuitive design solutions. - Champion user-centered design across the organization. - Leverage AI, ML, and design technologies to enhance competitiveness. - Establish UX KPIs to measure design impact. - Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of UI/UX designers and researchers. - Foster a collaborative design culture. - Define and implement UX processes, methodologies, and quality standards. - Build and scale design systems for a consistent product experience. - Manage the end-to-end design lifecycle including research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and implementation. - Lead user research to understand behaviors and pain points in supply chain roles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for diverse environments. - Design for various user contexts and develop strategies compatible with legacy systems. - Simplify multi-stakeholder processes with strong information architecture. - Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment. - Continuously measure, iterate, and improve designs for performance and usability. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years" experience in UI/UX design for global, digital-first companies. - Exceptional portfolio showcasing design and storytelling. - Expertise in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma. - Proficiency in prototyping tools. - Understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks. - Strong research skills and ability to translate insights into elegant customer experiences. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. In addition to the above, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or related fields. You should be self-motivated, collaborative, and have the ability to bring clarity to complex problems for diverse stakeholders.,
