Description:
Assesses team members levels of proficiency in using the tools required for process analyses, and ensures proper training and coaching is in place so that colleagues know how to use the tools to drive results
Establishes and maintains the change plan for a specific area of responsibility
Supports colleagues and project managers to create the required business change products; leads on engagement with key contacts; ensures products are fit for purpose
Manages individual performance and develops direct reports; ensures team s compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal process
Works with stakeholders and project managers to create and maintain communications plans as they relate to business change messaging; provides content for communications relating to business change across area of responsibility
Communicates with senior management regularly to ensure program is in alignment with departmental and organizational goals and processes
