Associate Director Option Trade Clearing

Your role: As a Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of Listed Option P&S, your responsibilities include: - Facilitating trade matching and clearing with the OCC for listed option securities - Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements - Leading a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support - Acting as the first point of contact for local and onshore escalations - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for timely trade matching and settlement - Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence - Monitoring market trends and developments Your expertise: To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Clearance or related function - Strong knowledge of financial markets and trade lifecycles - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Familiarity with data visualization tools - Proficiency in querying and manipulating data for analysis - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills About us: UBS Financial Services Inc. is dedicated to providing exceptional wealth management service and innovative solutions to clients.
