Job Description

Define and execute the sales strategy for our data, cloud, and AI solution portfolio.
Lead, coach, and grow a team of account executives and sales professionals.
Identify and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities across BFSI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create integrated go-to-market strategies.
Lead complex sales cycles including RFP responses, contract negotiations, and multi-stakeholder engagements.
Forecast sales performance, track KPIs, and report to executive leadership.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

812+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on
data services
,
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
, and/or
AI/ML technologies
.
Proven success in leading sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of solution-based selling, enterprise IT infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
Demonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Experience selling to enterprise clients and navigating complex procurement processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
