The company is looking for an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Sales to lead the go-to-market strategy for data services, cloud technologies, and AI offerings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B tech sales and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the sales strategy, leading and growing a team of account executives, identifying high-value opportunities across BFSI, building strong relationships with decision-makers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading complex sales cycles, forecasting sales performance, and staying updated on industry trends. Qualifications for this role include 812+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in data services, cloud platforms, and AI/ML technologies, proven success in leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets, strong understanding of solution-based selling and enterprise IT infrastructure, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, experience in selling to enterprise clients, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
