Associate Director - Legal Compliance

Role Overview: As an Associate Director Legal Compliance at Mindsprint, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on sanctions advisory with a focus on enhancing the global compliance framework. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, analyze, and communicate global regulatory developments related to sanctions to advise business units on compliance implications. - Provide expert advice on sanctions regulations and their application to the company's operations and transactions worldwide. - Develop clear and actionable advisories for cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate sound business decision-making. - Identify and assess compliance training needs, design comprehensive training programs, and continuously evaluate and enhance training content. - Draft, review, and update compliance policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and best practices. - Work closely with business teams to embed compliance policies into operational processes and lead initiatives to strengthen the overall policy framework. Qualifications & Experience: - 15-16 years of progressive experience in legal compliance, focusing on sanctions advisory in a global business context. - In-depth knowledge of international sanctions regimes, including OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions. - Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly. - Proven track record in developing and delivering compliance training programs globally. - Experience in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies and SOPs. - Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills. - Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
