AECOM’s Enterprise Capabiities team is ooking for a Associate Director - Landscape to join our team in Bangaore /Gurgaon office . Must have good experience deivering Landscape Design/ Pubic Ream projects in the private or pubic sectors with domestic/internationa cients/stakehoders Must be famiiar with design, tender and construction processes. Internationa experience of the UK, Midde East or APAC regions wi be considered an added advantage. Must be proficient in design detaiing and construction techniques. Must be proficient in, but not imited to, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, InDesign and Iustrator), MS Office, Buebeam. Advanced experience of BIM reated software in Landscape Design/ Infrastructure works wi be considered an added advantage. Accountabe for the resuts of the discipine department and adherence to approved project budgets. Supports business change management initiatives, recruits, trains, mentors, evauates the department's staff, and assists the various discipines in identifying and deveoping skis. Accountabe for the project's budget for a the discipine of LS Architecture Peer review the team's work; take the ead on project design, project presentation, and cient communication. Report on performance and compiance of staff and projects to management and provide mitigation pans where necessary. Attend creative andscape architecture project reviews and design sessions, steer project directions, deiver thought eadership presentations, and inspire peers and reports. Attend to project deiverabes quaity reviews when necessary— report on any non-compiant project deiverabes teams. Faciitate staff deveopment of market-required skis through continuous reviews of new market trends. Work cosey with the senior eadership to manage ongoing financia performance and projected financia pans. Quaifications A Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from universities of Internationa repute wi be an added advantage Appicants are required to have between 14+ years of experience in Landscape Bacheor’s degree hoders in Landscape Architecture or Architecture wi be considered, if they can showcase reevant experience in Landscape Design project stages incuding design, documentation and site impementation Chartered candidates sha have an added advantage.
