Associate Director - Landscape Architecture

You will be joining AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team as an Associate Director - Landscape based in the Bangalore or Gurgaon office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering Landscape Design and Public Realm projects for both private and public sectors, collaborating with domestic and international clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing design, tender, and construction processes, ensuring proficiency in design detailing and construction techniques, and utilizing various software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and Bluebeam. Experience with BIM-related software in Landscape Design/Infrastructure works will be advantageous. As the Associate Director, you will be accountable for the results of the discipline department, managing approved project budgets, and supporting business change management initiatives. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, evaluating department staff, and assisting in skills development within the team. Peer reviewing the team's work, leading project design and presentation, and maintaining client communication will be integral parts of your role. To qualify for this position, you are expected to have a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from internationally reputable universities, along with a minimum of 14 years of experience in Landscape. Candidates with Bachelor's degrees in Landscape Architecture or Architecture, showcasing relevant experience in Landscape Design project stages, are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, chartered candidates will have an added advantage.
