Description
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of IT Infrastructure Services across compute- Datacenter, Distributed, Cloud, and other compute services initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing requirements, initiating requests with managed service suppliers and partners, reviewing designs, and partnering with strategic partners to deliver solutions aligned with PepsiCo Infrastructure engineering and architecture standards. You will shape demand, coordinate with project and implementation teams, market teams, and support the implementation of new solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Ensure infrastructure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Manage work-in-take for projects and business as usual demand. - Review and approve technical solutions and estimations from suppliers. - Manage project communications, reporting, and develop project KPI dashboards. - Partner with Asset Management team for hardware procurement and tracking. - Assist in onboarding Infra delivery suppliers and partners. - Drive project budget management, tracking, forecasting, and billing reconciliations. - Manage escalations to 3rd party suppliers and review their responses to Service Requests and Change Requests. - Ensure continuous improvement in value optimization, IT performance, and business processes. - Implement standard processes and tools based on ITIL methodology. - Maintain system documentation including process and procedure manuals. - Ensure seamless handoff to IT Operations team post project completion. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree Required (computer science, computer engineering, or information systems). - 15+ years of technology and IT experience, with at least 5 years in IT Infrastructure services. - Comprehensive understanding of compute, Server and storage technologies, Disaster Recovery, and database services. - Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, cloud integration, and network optimization. - Ability to effectively partner with internal and vendor teams. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
