Job Description

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using GCP and other orchestration tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).

Architect and manage GCP infrastructure using Landing Zones and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, Ansible).
Oversee deployment of microservices in Kubernetes environments (AKS), including orchestration and Helm chart management.
Define and enforce branching strategies aligned with Agile release cycles and enterprise governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices across development, QA, and operations.
Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with cloud security and governance standards.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and drive their adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

8-14 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related leadership roles.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with GCP and Azure cloud services.
Strong expertise in CI/CD tools, Git, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, YAML/JSON).
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, Ansible).
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery models.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

GCP certifications are preferred
Exposure to cloud security and compliance frameworks.
Experience in managing large-scale cloud migration or transformation projects.
