Associate Director Finance Advisory

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced finance professionals to join KPMGs CFO Advisory team. This role involves delivering comprehensive finance advisory services, including technical accounting, financial reporting, and transaction support. You will work closely with CFOs and senior leadership to provide strategic insights and hands-on support across multiple areas of finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver

  technical accounting advisory

  under

  Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP

  , including interpretation and implementation guidance.
• Provide

  financial reporting and bookkeeping support

  , ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Lead

  IPO readiness and advisory

  , including preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Assist with

  ERP implementation

  and finance process optimisation.
• Conduct

  due diligence advisory

  for M&A transactions and investments.
• Advise on complex accounting issues such as consolidation, revenue recognition, and financial instruments.
• Drive

  focused client delivery

  , ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely execution.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and capability building.
• Contribute to

  business development

  through proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

• Experience in financial reporting, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and transaction advisory.
• Exposure to IPO advisory and due diligence engagements.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  Power BI, QlikSense

  are an added advantage.
