Job Summary:

Associate Director – Enterprise Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Lead high-value negotiations and close complex enterprise deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to deliver tailored learning solutions.
• Own the enterprise sales pipeline, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
• Conduct regular client business reviews to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging corporate L&D needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 10-15 years

  of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or corporate learning solutions.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in enterprise accounts.
• Experience in handling large-scale B2B deals and long sales cycles.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
