Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director – Enterprise Sales to lead and expand our corporate learning business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic enterprise partnerships, and leading key business initiatives. This role requires a strong track record in B2B sales, consultative selling, and managing large enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise clients. Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and key decision-makers. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Lead high-value negotiations and close complex enterprise deals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to deliver tailored learning solutions. Own the enterprise sales pipeline, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets. Conduct regular client business reviews to ensure high retention and satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging corporate L&D needs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or corporate learning solutions. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in enterprise accounts. Experience in handling large-scale B2B deals and long sales cycles. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven sales strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
