Role Overview: As an Associate Director - Enterprise Sales (North) at WebEngage, you will be responsible for driving strategic new logo acquisition for large enterprise accounts. You will play a crucial role in identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value deals that will contribute to the growth of WebEngage. This position is tailored for a dynamic sales leader who excels in complex environments and thrives on competition. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Take charge of high-value deals from initial contact to closure in sectors such as BFSI, Telecom, OTT, Retail, and Digital-first enterprises. - Engage with the C-Suite: Map and influence buying centers within Marketing, Technology, and Digital Transformation organizations; establish credibility at the CXO level. - Craft Solutions: Translate business challenges into compelling narratives using WebEngage's platform; lead with a strategic approach supported by product and pre-sales efforts. - Manage the Pipeline: Develop, qualify, and progress a strong pipeline with precision and speed; take ownership of the sales forecast. - Close Complex Deals: Navigate through procurement processes, RFPs, information security, legal matters, and commercial negotiations with confidence. - Expand Market Presence: Enter traditional industries, explore new verticals, and enhance WebEngage's footprint in key Indian accounts. - Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to shape the Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate momentum in the enterprise segment. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a minimum of 5 years focused on acquiring new logos. - Proficiency in consultative and strategic sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling. - Demonstrated ability to sell complex platforms to C-level executives in long-cycle, multi-threaded deals. - Deep understanding of the Indian enterprise landscape and a well-established network in critical verticals. - Experience in Martech, CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data platforms, or related enterprise technologies. - Results-driven mindset with a clear grasp of metrics, win rates, and quota achievements. - Resilient and ambitious with a track record of delivering in high-pressure environments and meeting challenging targets. - Entrepreneurial approach with a proactive attitude, quick decision-making skills, and a sense of accountability.
