Role Overview: You have extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on hunting for new business opportunities. The role of Associate Director - Enterprise Sales at WebEngage will require you to drive strategic new logo acquisition for large enterprise accounts in North India. You will be responsible for leading complex, high-value deals across various sectors and engaging with C-Suite executives to shape solutions using WebEngage's platform. This role is ideal for someone who excels in influencing buying centers, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving business growth through strategic acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, leading high-value deals from initial contact to closure in sectors like BFSI, Telecom, OTT, Retail, and Digital-first enterprises. - Engage with C-Suite executives to map buying centers and build conviction at the CXO level. - Translate business problems into powerful narratives using WebEngage's platform, leading with strategy and product expertise. - Build and advance a robust pipeline with precision and velocity, owning the sales forecast. - Navigate through procurement, RFPs, infosec, legal, and commercial negotiations with confidence. - Penetrate legacy industries, open new verticals, and deepen WebEngage's presence in strategic Indian accounts. - Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to inform the Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate enterprise momentum. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on new logo acquisition. - Proficiency in consultative, strategic sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling. - Demonstrated ability to sell complex platforms to C-level stakeholders in long-cycle, multi-threaded deals. - In-depth knowledge of the Indian enterprise landscape and a strong network in key verticals. - Experience in Martech, CRM, CDP, data platforms, or related enterprise technology stacks. - Strong performance orientation with a clear understanding of metrics, win rates, and quota achievements. - Resilience, drive, and a track record of delivering results in high-stakes environments with aggressive targets. - Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to act quickly, think on your feet, and take ownership of outcomes.
