As an Engineering Lead at A3CEND, you will play a crucial role in taking our AI-powered, integrated leadership and employee development products to new heights by transforming them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions trusted by organizations worldwide. Your primary focus will be on driving the technical aspects of A3CEND, overseeing the architecture, and leading product development to ensure that our current and future offerings are innovative, reliable, and designed for scalability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, architecture, and scaling of A3CEND's core products. - Ensure enterprise readiness by implementing SSO, security measures, compliance standards, reliability enhancements, and seamless integrations. - Develop and integrate AI-driven features across the product suite. - Establish engineering best practices including code quality standards, CI/CD processes, robust monitoring systems, and enhanced security protocols. - Collaborate closely with founders, customers, and client partnership teams to deliver impactful features. - Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of developers and engineers. **Qualification Required:** - Strong background in full-stack engineering with expertise in technologies such as Node.js/Express, React/Next.js, TypeScript, and databases like PostgreSQL/MongoDB. - Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management (AWS), containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), serverless architectures, and experience in building scalable SaaS solutions. - Familiarity with AI and LLM stacks and their integration into products. - Demonstrated track record of taking products from initial development to enterprise scale. - Dedication to crafting world-class, user-centric products and a startup mindset characterized by ownership, adaptability, and a proactive approach. **Additional Details:** - Nice to have: Any prior experience working on HR-tech or Ed-tech solutions.
