Associate Director- Engineering & Products

As an Engineering Lead at A3CEND, you will play a crucial role in taking our AI-powered, integrated leadership and employee development products to new heights by transforming them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions trusted by organizations worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, architecture, and scaling of A3CEND's core products. - Ensuring enterprise readiness by implementing SSO, security, compliance, reliability, and integrations. - Building and integrating AI-driven features across our product suite. - Establishing engineering best practices such as code quality, CI/CD, monitoring, and security. - Collaborating with founders, customers, and client partnership teams to deliver impactful features. - Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of developers and engineers. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: - Strong background in full-stack engineering with expertise in Node.js/Express, React/Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL/MongoDB. - Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, serverless) and scalable SaaS architectures. - Familiarity with AI/LLM stacks and their integration into products. - Proven ability to scale a product from development to enterprise level. - Passion for creating top-notch, user-centric products. - A startup mindset characterized by ownership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to driving results. Additionally, it would be nice to have prior experience working on HR-tech or Ed-tech solutions.
