Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Director of Acceleration, Strategy and PMO at ANI India, you will play a crucial role within the MDs office, overseeing end-to-end design, execution, and project management of key projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across commercial divisions and support functions to drive the success of ANI India's acceleration plan and business development in specific markets and channels. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and monitor the progress of India's acceleration plan, creating metrics to predict sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. - Track revenue, margin, growth, and KPIs in alignment with the acceleration plan, working with the Sales team to bridge any gaps. - Explore new channels and geographies to support trade execution and collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to develop sales plans. - Focus on developing Abbott business in specific markets, identify new opportunities, build relationships with external stakeholders, and lead initiatives to strengthen business. - Support Modern Trade and Traditional Trade teams in developing comprehensive sales strategies, conducting market research, and nurturing relationships with key clients. - Identify transformation initiatives for ANI India, drive high-priority projects for business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Establish strategic partnerships, ensure timely reporting of business updates, and present clear recommendations to senior management. - Demonstrate solid business acumen, financial knowledge, and experience in strategy, sales, and marketing. Lead cross-functional initiatives, possess exceptional analytical skills, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Hold an MBA from a reputed institute, preferably with experience in management consulting or strategy, along with 15-20+ years of work experience.
