Associate Digital Learning Developer I

As a part of our team, you will have a significant impact on the development of new long-term learning initiatives in a creative and innovative environment. Your primary role will involve utilizing instructional design and digital learning development skills to create video-based learning, microlearning, and social learning tools. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality videos and graphics using industry applications like Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Techsmith Camtasia, and Synthesia - Keep abreast of emerging and established technologies to incorporate them into learning solutions - Collaborate with a team to produce videos, interactions, graphics, and other digital learning products for an emerging microlearning platform - Ensure all training materials meet stakeholder approval, adhering to design and accessibility standards - Monitor key performance indicators and business metrics related to learning products, analyze feedback and testing data, and communicate results to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting web, video, audio, graphic, and multimedia deliverables - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Animate), Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Figma, and Microsoft Office Tools - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and agile environment - Strong time and project management skills demonstrated through on-time task completion and high-quality deliverables - Knowledge of ADA and WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements for digital solutions,
