Associate Digital Lead

You must be well-aware of all front-end and back-end technical aspects of all digital platforms. You shall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the digital platforms. You must be able to lead the execution of the company's digital strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals. It is highly recommended for you to identify new digital opportunities to enhance user engagement, brand presence, and the company's digital operations. You are expected to collaborate with editorial, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless digital initiatives. You should be able to provide training and informational assistance to our Sales & Marketing professionals so that they can effectively convey our qualitative digital presence to our clients. You need to ensure that the company's digital presence is optimized for search engines, user experience, and platform specifications. Keep an eye on the latest trends in digital publishing, such as video content, interactive media, and AI-powered tools. Make data-driven recommendations about new formats and approaches to improve and stay competitive in the digital publishing landscape. This position is full-time and permanent, working in day shifts, and requires in-person presence at the work location.,
